Terms of Service
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Graymole (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
1. The Service
Graymole provides a read-only scanner that analyzes your connected cloud accounts to surface potential cost savings and security risks. The Service only performs read operations against your cloud provider and never modifies your resources.
2. Accounts & access
You are responsible for the credentials and IAM roles you grant to the Service and for all activity under your account. You must keep your password confidential and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You may revoke the Service's access to a cloud account at any time by deleting the associated role or keys.
3. Plans, billing & trials
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Free plans are subject to the usage limits described on our pricing page. We may change prices with reasonable notice. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Connect cloud accounts you are not authorized to scan;
- Attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service;
- Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
5. Your data
You retain all rights to the data we collect from your cloud accounts on your behalf ("Scan Data"). You grant us a limited license to process Scan Data solely to provide and improve the Service. Our handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
6. Warranties & disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Findings are estimates and recommendations only; you are responsible for reviewing them before acting. We do not guarantee that the Service will identify every risk or saving.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Graymole will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or savings, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases and we may delete your data in accordance with our retention practices.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
